Now she teaches freelance, delivering day classes near her home in Salisbury and workshops around the country, as well as painting holidays to Europe and the Channel Islands which fulfils a life -long love of travel and culture.
In order to get under the surface of whatever she paints; Angela paints landscapes which she frequents regularly by walking and cycling through the landscape, Still Life’s are from flowers which she has cultivated in her garden, and portraits are of people she knows well.
Angela’s experience in teaching art in school and freelance, has been an enriching journey which has in turn allowed plenty of room for experimenting and developing her own techniques across most media; oils, watercolours, acrylics and pastels.
